Similar to sister product, the Swing Rite, but with a golf head.
Inside the club head is a swing weight controlled by a spring, the power of which is adjusted by a knob which is used to approximate certain shot conditions. When the head arrives at its greatest velocity the swing weight overcomes the spring and moves forward to hit the inside of the club face.
